The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) and Power Sector Recovery Operation (PSRO) Secretariat with support from the World Bank Group organized a one-day communication and messaging workshop on October 20th, 2021.

NERC Hosts First PSRP Communication Strategy And Public Campaign Workshop
On September 30, 2021, the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), in collaboration with the Power Sector Recovery Operation (PSRO) Secretariat, and the World Bank, hosted a one-day hybrid workshop with the communications representatives of the Electricity Distribution Companies (DisCos), Generation Companies (GenCos) and the power sector government agencies.

On Thursday, February 17th, 2022, the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) and Power Sector Recovery Operation (PSRO) Secretariat, with support from the World Bank Group, organized a one-day workshop to dialogue with Civil Society Organisations (COs) in the power sector.

The Power Sector Recovery Programme (PSRP) is a comprehensive reform programme to improve power supply, restore financial viability and enhance accountability and transparency in the power sector.
PSRP is designed to restore the financial viability of the power sector, improve transparency and service delivery, resolve consumer complaints, and reduce losses and energy theft.
